The following categories of personal data are processed:

• Identity data: name (if provided), email, date of birth.
• Special category data (KVKK Art. 6): selfie images (biometric in nature) and facial-analysis outputs.
• Transaction security: IP address, cookie records, session identifiers.
• Customer activity: usage statistics, photo upload history, analysis history.

Your personal data is processed (i) for the establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)), (ii) to fulfill legal obligations (Art. 5(2)(ç)), (iii) for legitimate interest in service improvement (Art. 5(2)(f)), (iv) for facial images and health-flavored analyses, based on your explicit consent (Art. 5(1) and 6(2)).

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• Request information about processing if data is being processed.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose.
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad.
• Request rectification if data is incomplete or incorrect.
• Request deletion or destruction when legal conditions are met.
• Object to outcomes generated by purely automated systems.

We apply TLS 1.3 encryption, row-level security policies, bcrypt password hashing, and periodic security audits. In case of a data breach, KVKK Art. 12 requires notification to the KVKK Board and affected users within 72 hours.

Per the Communiqué on Application to the Data Controller, you may submit requests (i) by post with wet signature and ID copy, (ii) by email with secure electronic signature to admin@aliceco.com.tr. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
